The following are the Terms and Conditions:

SERVICE CONDITIONS

  • When confirming an order placement through Express Dissertation you are required to agree to our Terms and Conditions first which are highlighted below. If you disagree with any of it, do not use our website/services.
  • We have the authority to reject your order, you`ll receive a notification within 24 hours of your order placement.
  • The service charges and packages mentioned on our website may be updated without any notice, Express Dissertation is not accountable to answer any such changes. You`ll have to pay the price you made at the time of order placement.
  • All the content on http://expressdissertation.co.uk/index.html belongs to us. A copyright claim can be made.

ORDER PROCESS

  • After collecting your personal information, an order confirmation is made. If we lack any information, we will contact you.
  • To place your order you need to pay an advance amount of 50%
  • You will receive a copy of the receipt via mail. In case of any issue or incorrect placement of an order, you are advised to immediately contact our customer service team within 24 hours or before confirmation of orders.
  • The client can avail of the facility of unlimited free revisions up till the finalization of your order.
  • You can request the initial draft before the final submission of the order.
  • Once your order has been accepted and our writer will contact you to discuss your preferences.
  • After finalization, your order will be dispatched and you`ll receive a copy via mail too (pdf file or ms word).

REVISION POLICY

  • We ensure provide guaranteed satisfaction to customers. We provide unlimited opportunities for any amendment in the content to our customers until the finalization of the Draft. We won`t charge you anything for these revisions. If the customer feels the need of making changes after the final draft has been issued the customer will need to make an extra payment.

REFUND/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • The services offered by Express Dissertation are made up to the client`s specifications.
  • You can avail yourself of the chance of claiming your full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After the confirmation of the order has been done by our customer support team, you are ineligible to claim a full refund. Service charges and taxes are to be applied.
  • The client can claim a refund if the company is unable to deliver the dissertation on time or you fail your dissertation.
  • Refund processing can take up to 7 working days
